2024 Texas Cobra Club Spring Meet!!

Our Hotel Room Blocks Contracts (discounted rate) at all of our hotels will expire on March 3rd. If you have a room reservation at any of our hotels and cannot make the event, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST at kenswalker@gmail.com

DO NOT CANCEL THRU THE HOTEL.

We have about 10 folks on the waitlist for the Embassy Suites. If you cancel your rooms reservation we lose that room to general inventory.

Fee Refund Schedule for Cancellations:
Full (event and banquet tickets) refund deadline is Saturday, March 30.
Event Refund Deadline is April 3rd.
No refunds after March 30 for banquet tickets. Headcount for the banquet must be turned in on April 1st. All refund requests must be via email to kenswalker@gmail.com

Its that time again! Our Event will be held
Wednesday, April 3 through Sunday, April 7, 2024

at the Embassy Suite Hotel and Convention Center in San Marcos, TX, about 30 miles south of Austin. Each year this event grows larger and larger. We are now recognized as one of the top Cobra Events in the US. In 2021 we had over 150 Cobras, GT-40s, and Daytona Coupes in San Marcos for our event and almost every manufacturer of Cobras were in attendance. We have drawn attendees from over 30 different states as well as Canada and Mexico.
