• 9am – 5pm Registration Opens
• 9:30am First Time Attendee's Drivers Meeting in the Parking Lot
• 9am – till Hill Country Cruises-routes to be determined. Electronic maps will be available for download at the meet.
• 7pm - 10pm Welcoming Party and Movie Night in the Hotel Parking Area

Friday, April 5, 2024

• 9am – 5pm Registration Opens
• 9am - 4pm Hill Country Cruises – Route(s) and Electronic maps will be available for download at the meet.
• 9:30am First Time Attendees' Drivers Meeting in the Parking Lot
• 4:00pm Group Photo in Wimberley, TX. Detail and Maps will be at the registration desk.
• 6:30pm Hamburger Cookout in the parking lot. Weather Permitting

Saturday, April 6, 2024

• 9am - 4pm Cruise Activities: Electronic maps will be available for Download at the meet.
• 8:30am First Time Attendees' Drivers Meeting in the Parking Lot
• 6:00pm Cash Bar Opens in Banquet Room
• 6:30pm Texas Cobra Club Banquet Dinner
• 7:00pm Closing Party Activities: Raffles, Silent Auction, Quest Speakers, Trivia Game, Video Presentation
• 9:00pm “Business” Meeting
