TEXAS COBRA CLUB SPRING MEET 2024

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

Dates: Wednesday, April 3 thru Sunday, April 7, 2024

Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel and Convention Center at 1001 E. McCarty Lane San Marcos, Texas

If you would like to be put on the waitlist for a room at the Embassy Suites please send an email to kenswalker@gmail.com

Room Reservations for Embassy Suite the MUST be made through our link located on the Hotel Registration tab to get our discounted rate.

 We also have a block of room at the Holiday Inn Express. Please follow the link on the HOTEL INFORMATION page.

Hotel Parking Fee at the Embassy Suites: There is no additional charge for parking at the hotel if you use the online registration form.

Security: Armed off-duty Deputy Sheriffs will be on-site Wed-Sat nights from 9pm-7am.

Friday Night Hamburger Tailgate Party and Cookout: Weather Pending

Saturday Night Banquet: Guest Speakers will be announced soon. Details are still in the works.

 Any funds that are raised during the event (above the costs of putting on the event) will be donated to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Carroll Shelby Foundation.
