HOTEL REGISTRATION

Our host hotel is once again the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel and Convention Center at 1001 E. McCarty Lane San Marcos, Texas 78666new tab, about 30 miles south of Austin. 

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BULLET POINTS BELOW

• Do not call Hilton Reservations.  The contract was signed at the local level. Use the link and information below. Hilton Reservations may not be able to assist you in making your reservation.
• If you use Hilton Honors points for your stay you will be charge $20 per night for PARKING.
• If you use a third-party reservation service you will not get our discounted rate and the TCC will not be responsible for assisting you if you have issues.
• All reservations MUST be made using the link below.
• If you call the hotel directly they WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PUT YOU IN OUR ROOM BLOCK.

EMBASSY SUITES ROOM RESERVATIONS

PLEASE NOTE

Hilton has recently redesigned the Hotel Reservation Page for groups. Our custom registration site defaults to checking in on Tuesday, April 2 and checking out on Sunday, April 7. If you want dates other than the default dates, you will need to do the following.

1. Open the Embassy Suites Room Reservations link above
2. At the top of the page, on the "Your Stay" line, click "Edit Stay"
3. Click on the date(s) at the top of the screen to make check in or check out date changes then Click UPDATE
4. Choose your room type
5. Complete your personal information and payment information.

ANYONE berating a EMBASSY SUITE Staff member
because you did not follow the instructions above
will be banned from future Texas Cobra Spring Meet events.
The instructions are easy to follow.

JUST SAYING YOU ARE WITH OUR GROUP AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT WILL NOT GET YOUR RATE REDUCED.

We are willing to work with any and every attendee with rooming issues but you have to do your part as well.

Alternate and overflow hotel is Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Marcos South, 900 Barnes Drive, San Marcos, Texas 78666 - directly across IH-35 from Embassy Suites.
