You are correct. You bottom the bearing out and it's done.

I have a 14' Canvas side that I bought this summer used. I feel like I got a good deal at 4K and it pulls like a dream. I don't even know it's back there pulling it with an '23 F-150 EB. This picture is me pulling it with my Maverick before I traded it in.
