I am a retired AF veteran of 30 years, 4 years active duty, 26 reserves. 20 years in federal service with the AF and the last 8 years working for the Navy. (28 yrs accumulated). I’ve been stationed at Carswell AFB, Texas in the mid-eighties (best time), 9 mons at Westover ARB, Massachusetts (worst time), 25 years at Andrews AFB, Maryland (best & worse time).
I built my F5R Cobra back in 2007/8 with another vet. Red with Black Terlingua racing stripe up front, a black stripe across the rear.
My plan is to try and find a place to retire too permanently, Texas was home at one time in my life. But I’m open to whatever comes my way as long as there’s some opening roads, great friendly people and great venues!
