If we can round up a minimum of 10 Shelby’s we will create a Shelby Corral area. Within the Corral you are allowed to “tailgate” which includes setting up tents, chairs and bring your own picnic baskets with food and beverages!

To facilitate building the Cobra Corral, Tim has asked that those cars/drivers forming the Corral all arrive together.

The plan will be to stage at the CVS Drugstore located at the corner of McCormick/Shahan Prarie Rd and FM720 (129 Shahan Rd, Oak Point, Texas 75068). Depart CVS at 2:30PM together for Prestonwood Polo & Country Club (1.2 miles)

Temps are expected to be low to mid 80s
Concours attire is dressy resort casual
Bring your registration email for easy entry
Bring a chair and picnic basket with your favorite food & n/a drink stuffs
Beer and Cocktails for purchase from sponsors

6:15pm - Polo Match 2
7:00pm - Polo Pavilion Party, Live Music, Beer & Wine Garden
8:00pm - Good Night, See You Next Year!

2:30pm - Cars & Coffee Field Opens
3pm - Spectator Gates Open
7pm - The Texan “After Party” in the Texan Beer & Wine Garden!
8pm - Gates Close
$20 - Cars & Coffee Special Display Parking (C&CTX Selected Cars Only) includes 1 General Admission Ticket
Concours & Kentucky Derby Attire, Cowboy & Lady Polo Hats Encouraged. Children Under 12 FREE, Leashed Pets Allowed.
If the event is rained out on the 9th, we will be moving to the 10th and potentially the 16th if needed. NO REFUNDS.
